It is likely JRE is only installed. Install JDK:

yum install java-1.8.0-openjdk-devel -y

Download the following files:

1. JDK – http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html – select 32 or 64 bit depending on your OS
2. Netbeans IDE – http://netbeans.org/downloads/ – I went for “All” version
3. MySQL Server – http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/installer/5.7.html – mysql-installer-community
4. Apache Tomcat – http://tomcat.apache.org/download-80.cgi – 32-bit/64-bit Windows Service Installer
